Returns & Refund Policy

1. No Return/Exchange of Opened or Partially used Products

At Elixir Cart, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. We only accept return or refund requests in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged, broken, or compromised during transit.
  • Product arrives with a broken/open seal or shows signs of tampering.

2. Reporting Damaged or Tampered Products

If you receive your package in a damaged condition or with compromised packaging, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support elixircartofficial@gmail.com or whatsapp on +91-79868-21026 immediately or within a maximum span of 48–72 hours of delivery.
  2. Package Unboxing video on arrival, is compulsory to raise and settle any return/refund related claims with utmost transparency and efficacy.                                                                                                        
  3. Share your order details, along with photo/video evidence clearly showing the issue.
  4. Retain the original packaging and contents until your case is resolved—this helps us file a claim with our courier partner if needed.

3. Refund or Replacement Policy

Once your claim is submitted and approved:

  • We will issue either a full refund (to your original payment method), or
  • Send you a replacement, at no additional cost.

4. Timeframe for Submissions

  • All claims must be filed within 48–72 hours of delivery.
  • Claims raised after 72 hours will not be considered, as we are unable to verify product condition beyond this period.

5. Non-Returnable Circumstances

  • Changed mind / preference – Goods once sold, or sale once made are not eligible for return or refund, if you change your mind.
  • Correct and sealed items delivered – Not eligible for return. Elixir Cart is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory for all claims. We cannot process a refund without original invoice copy or details. Please keep it safe until your claim is resolved.

6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email elixircartofficial@gmail.com or whatsapp on +91-79868-21026 with:

  • Your order number
  • Date and time of delivery
  • Photographs/Video of the damaged/tampered product with description of issue.

Our team will acknowledge your request and resolve it at the earliest.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, in case you made payment through credit card, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, since processing delays are possible.
